IT Support Specialist
Specific RoleWe’re looking for a dependable, service-oriented IT Support Specialist to support EMIT Technologies’ day-to-day technical operations across office and manufacturing environments. In this role, you’ll provide frontline technical support, deploy and maintain endpoint devices, assist with user onboarding and access management, and help ensure reliable operation of systems across multiple locations. You’ll work closely with employees and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, maintain productivity, and support the organization’s ongoing technology needs.Key AccountabilitiesProvide first-line support for hardware, software, and access-related issuesDeploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and other endpoint devicesSupport onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and device provisioningTroubleshoot endpoint, connectivity, and application issues across office and manufacturing environmentsEscalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams when necessaryAssist with inventory tracking, asset management, and device lifecycle processesSupport production floor systems and end users as neededMaintain accurate ticket updates, troubleshooting notes, and support documentationHelp ensure reliable operation of endpoint systems and user productivity across locationsCollaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently and professionallyContribute to standardization and continuous improvement of support processes and device management practicesAssist with general IT operational initiatives and technology improvementsQualifications1–3 years of IT support, help desk, or technical support experienceFamiliarity with Windows environments and Microsoft 365Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentComfortable supporting users in both office and manufacturing settingsStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively with users of varying technical skill levelsSelf-motivated with a proactive, team-oriented mindsetAssociate degree, technical certification, or equivalent hands-on experience preferredWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome candidates from all backgrounds.Pay Range$20 - $30 USD
