This role will be key to creating and maintaining the organizational values of Tumbleweed ensuring all procedures and processes are followed and fostering a team focused on providing exceptional customer service.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCoordinate and facilitate all transactions and operations efficiently\nManage and inspire staff to deliver the highest level of customer service and experience\nEnsure safety and satisfaction of all customers and employees\nEnsure ongoing staff education on medical and recreational cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods\nCollaborate with leadership on designing a strategy for increasing sales\nMaintain in-depth knowledge of all strains and products in store inventory as well as industrywide product and trend knowledge\nHelps ensure that inventory is accurate and tracked through company inventory controls\nConsult with law enforcement, vendors, landlords, and local community as needed\nPerform all other duties assigned by supervisor or manager\nOpen/Close the store\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\nCannabis experience preferred\nRetail management experience preferred\nProficient with basic software (i.e., Microsoft Office, Excel)\nStrong organizational skills\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nStrong interpersonal skills\nExcellent time management\nAbility to work independently and with others\nSelf-driven\nMinimum 21 years of age\nMust possess valid driver’s license or state ID\nMust pass all required background checks\nMust possess current state cannabis worker license or permit (if applicable) VALID MED BADGE\nPhysical Requirements\nMust be able to sit, stand, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift for long periods of time\nReasonable accommodation(s) may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.\nHours & Compensation:\n$18-$19 per hr., full-time.
