The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the NEMT services, ensuring efficiency, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Key responsibilities include coordinating driver schedules, optimizing transportation routes, managing team performance, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating with other departments to improve processes and service delivery. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skillsExperience in operations, route optimization, and schedulingProficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and process improvementEffective communication and customer service skillsKnowledge of NEMT industry regulations and safety compliance (or willingness to learn)Proficiency in using transportation management systems or similar softwareAbility to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred
