BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):o Must have the capability to comprehend and interpret control documents and specifications.o Must be able to work without direct supervision.o Must be able to work overtime as required.o Audiometric testing and hearing protection required.o Ability to stand for long periods.o Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds repetitively.o Ability to bend/stoop.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:o Clean and set-up equipment.o Perform daily, weekly, and monthly required cleanings.o Perform line clearances, TIQ inspections, and parameters verifications when applicable.o Initiate and review all production documentation for completion and correctness whenapplicable.o Must verify correctness of materials and supplies.o Must pull parts and stage batches per B.O.M. when applicable.o Inspect, assemble, and/or package devices.o Participate in and complete all required training.o Must perform all other duties and responsibilities as determined by supervision/management.o Learn, understand and apply rigorous quality standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).o Notify the supervisor and take appropriate action if any safety, quality, mechanical ordiscrepancy issues occur.o Sustain a clean and safe work area using 6S principles.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities,duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
