Device Processing Assistant

Assistant PositionWe are seeking a detail-oriented assistant to help keep operations running smoothly. In this role, you will support technicians by preparing devices, organizing work areas, and making sure orders are accurate and ready to move through the process. No prior lab experience is required. We will train the right candidate.This role is ideal for someone who likes light hands-on technical tasks, along with cleaning, organizing, and assisting a technical team.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Check incoming and outgoing orders for accuracyPrint labels and paperwork for jobsHelp prepare devices (battery and O-ring changes)Keep work areas clean, organized, and stockedAssist with basic reporting and job trackingSupport documentation and audit preparationCommunicate updates with the team as neededMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)Strong attention to detailComfortable using computers and basic software (Word, Excel, Outlook)Able to stay organized and manage multiple tasksSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyTeam player with good communication skillsIf you're interested, we'd love to hear from you.
