Your work makes a direct impact on our residents and community.ResponsibilitiesComplete resident service requests in a timely and professional mannerAssist with apartment turns to prepare homes for new residentsPerform general maintenance including light electrical, plumbing, painting, and repairsConduct daily property walks and assist with community upkeepWork closely with the maintenance supervisor to prioritize tasks and meet daily goalsEnsure a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and customer service throughout the communityWe are hiring for two roles currently - pay range scaled for those with HVAC experienceOn-call and renewal bonuses are not included in the hourly wageA Day in the LifeEach day begins with a brief maintenance meeting with your supervisor to review daily goals and assignments. After a quick property walk and clean-up, service requests and apartment turns are assigned based on skill set.
