More than just indoor mini golf, Puttshack leans on its ground-breaking technology to elevate the game while also serving world-class food and full bar in a cool environment.\nReporting into Director of Operations, the Hospitality Manager will help oversee a multi-faceted high-volume full-service restaurant/venue with a game component. Hospitality Managers are responsible for executing exceptional operations during shift execution, from the food we serve to the Guest service we provide in our venue. Manage hourly team members and provide them with leadership and development, while partnering closely with the Director of Operations and Assistant Director of Operations to achieve venue goals and business objectives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOperational Leadership:\nOversee 1-2 areas of the venue operations including service, bar, reception, game & tech and/or bar.\nUphold company policies, processes, procedures, and standards to adhere to compliance and business objectives; inspires others to the do the same.\nEffectively operate computer systems including a POS System, Online Team Member Scheduler.\nManages controllable expenses for their area of responsibility\nEnsure all side work is appropriately assigned and completed\nEnsure collaboration between kitchen and front of house operations\nTeam Development and Management:\nParticipate in hiring, training, and developing hourly associates\nCreate, maintain and update associate schedules using weekly and daily forecasts.\nConducts/leads pre-shift meetings to provide daily focus and provide continuous coaching and direction to hourly staff\nDrive accountability and consistency by providing constructive coaching and feedback.\nGuest Experience:\nManages Guest Service issues professionally and with a guest centric mindset\nChampion the Puttshack brand by ensuring a consistent and exceptional guest experience\nCompliance and Safety:\nMaintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment and food safety\nEnsure proper safety protocols to minimize risk and ensure a safe environment for guests and associates.\nRequired Skills and Experience:\nMinimum of 2 years of experience as a manager in a full-service restaurant; experience within a high-volume food & beverage, hospitality, and/or social entertainment venue\nResults driven; ability to lead/coach team to achieve business objectives/goals\nStrong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide direction to your teams\nDemonstrates financial acumen, strong understanding of restaurant operations\nTech savvy and willingness to learn new systems and tools.\nFlexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays\nThis position must pass a post-offer background check\nPreferred Skills and Experience:\nPreferred certifications including ServSafe and state/local licensing requirements\nHospitality Degree preferred\nWhat’s in it for you:\nPaid PTO\nHealth insurance: medical, dental, and vision\nPaid Parental Leave\nAt the intersection of entertainment and hospitality, Puttshack is committed to equal opportunity and is firmly committed to preventing discrimination and harassment, including sexual misconduct, based on legally protected diversity characteristics (such as race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, family status, citizenship, genetic information, and veteran status) in its application and hiring processes and in its employment decisions.
