This role provides technical leadership, systems engineering, and project coordination for a team developing, testing, and delivering modernized analytics that support operational mission requirements. Working closely with software engineers and mission stakeholders, the role guides the planning, integration, and delivery of analytic capabilities that ensure system compliance, data integrity, and mission effectiveness.\nResponsibilities:\nServe as the Technical Task Order (TTO) Lead, providing technical direction and systems engineering oversight for a team of software engineers.\nLead the planning, coordination, and execution of systems engineering activities supporting modernized analytic capabilities.\nCollaborate with software development teams to design, integrate, test, and deliver mission-critical analytics.\nDevelop and manage technical plans, implementation roadmaps, schedules, and engineering documentation.\nElicit, analyze, and refine customer and system requirements to ensure mission objectives are achieved.\nCoordinate system integration, testing, validation, and deployment activities across multiple engineering disciplines.\nEnsure analytics comply with system, data, and operational requirements while supporting customer mission objectives.\nIdentify technical risks, develop mitigation strategies, and support continuous improvement initiatives.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with Government customers, mission partners, and cross-functional engineering teams.\nSupport Agile software development processes and contribute to the successful delivery of operational capabilities.\nQualifications:\nRequired Qualifications\nActive TS/SCI w/ Polygraph with this Customer.\nBachelor's degree and 14+ years of systems engineering experience.\nExperience leading technical teams or Task/Technical Task Orders supporting software development programs.\nExperience with systems engineering throughout the system development lifecycle, including requirements development, integration, testing, and deployment.\nExperience collaborating with software engineering teams to deliver mission-critical capabilities.\nExperience developing technical documentation, engineering plans, schedules, and implementation roadmaps.\nExperience working in Agile software development environments.\nStrong leadership, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience supporting Processing and Analytic Capabilities organizations or similar Intelligence Community mission environments.\nExperience developing, modernizing, or sustaining PROFORMA analytics.\nExperience supporting system and data compliance initiatives.\nExperience supporting Intelligence Community operational analytics and mission systems.\n\nSalary Range: USD $175,000.00 - USD $185,000.00 /Yr.\n\nThe Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
