Veterinary Customer Service Representative

As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for pets and their owners. We’re looking for someone who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and eager to support both our clients and our veterinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism, both in person and over the phone
Schedule appointments, manage client communications, and confirm visits
Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate client records
Assist with client education regarding services, wellness plans, and follow-up care
Collaborate closely with veterinary technicians and doctors to ensure smooth daily operations
Handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer service setting preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Proficiency with veterinary software is a plus
Passion for animals and a genuine desire to provide outstanding service

True four-day work week (not 10-hour marathons)
