Operate top-tier equipment, support sanitation & shower systems, and deliver premier service while traveling and building customer connections. #INDPKISWe’re looking for a dependable Class B CDL Driver to deliver, service, and maintain portable sanitation and shower equipment while ensuring safe, efficient route operations. This role is essential to maintaining clean, compliant job sites and providing reliable, professional service to customers. What You’ll BringSafety-First Mindset – Consistently follows DOT regulations, company policies, and safe operating procedures.Reliability and Work Ethic – Arrives prepared, completes routes thoroughly, and takes ownership of daily responsibilities.Customer Awareness – Communicates clearly and professionally while building trust at job sites and service locations.Problem-Solving Skills – Identifies issues quickly, adapts to changing situations, and resolves challenges while maintaining efficient route operations.Independent Accountability – Manages assigned routes efficiently while staying aligned with dispatch and operational expectations. What You’ll DoPerform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and DOT compliance.Identify and report mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain fleet readiness.Drive assigned routes to deliver, service, pump, and clean portable sanitation and shower units.Ensure all equipment is fully operational and meets Porta Kleen quality standards.Operate vacuum trucks, pump systems, hoses, and related service equipment safely and efficiently.Follow proper waste handling and disposal procedures in compliance with environmental regulations.Track Hours of Service using company mobile devices to remain compliant with DOT regulations and company policies.Communicate route progress, service updates, and customer needs with dispatch and operations teams.Complete service documentation accurately using tablets and required reporting systems.Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of trucks, tools, service equipment, and assigned mobile devices.Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment and mobile devices promptly to ensure uninterrupted operations.Present a professional appearance and represent Porta Kleen positively at customer locations.Assist with special projects, emergency response work, and operational support as needed.Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and high customer satisfaction. What You’ll NeedHigh school diploma or GED required.Valid Class B CDL with Tanker Endorsement and at least one year of commercial driving experience.Clean driving record with no preventable accidents, fewer than six MVR points, and the ability to meet all DOT requirements.Ability to safely lift and carry 75–100 pounds regularly and maneuver heavier equipment using proper lifting techniques and equipment.Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb in and out of trucks repeatedly during 8–12-hour shifts.Comfortable working in confined spaces and around industrial noise, waste materials, cleaning chemicals, and varying weather conditions while wearing required PPE.Ability to operate pumps, hoses, hand tools, and tablets for route management and service documentation.Ability to adjust work schedules as operational needs change, including assisting team members by completing additional stops or routes when needed.Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, extended shifts, and travel between
