Clearance status will be verified and export control/ITAR compliance must be met.\nResponsibilities Provide systems engineering and enterprise architecture support to U.S. Government customers.\nWork with customers to improve architecture and engineering workflows, identifying or designing processes and tools.\nArticulate and capture architecture, system requirements, system design, and testing approach.\nInvestigate and capture “As Is” architecture and workflows; identify “To Be” states; recommend transition from “As Is” to “To Be”.\nDevelop standard and repeatable processes to support architecture, engineering, development, and integration projects.\nApply System V techniques to develop products and translate them to customer practices.\nProduce and support the leadership team in creating Enterprise Architecture Repository artifacts.\nSupport engineering review boards.\nMinimum Qualifications US citizenship with a current/active TS/SCI clearance.\nBachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (or four additional years of experience in lieu of a degree).\nAt least five years of experience performing system engineering activities, including requirements analysis, interface control documentation, ConOps development, use‑case development, data flow analysis, and test plan development.\nFamiliarity with a requirements tool and SCRUM/Agile development (Jira).\nExperience deploying and maintaining development, test, and operational environments.\nPreferred Skills Eight or more years of relevant experience.\nCertification in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).\nExperience with software and system development projects using MBSE.\nFamiliarity with enterprise architecture concepts, System V principles, and MBSE realization.\nExperience on Agile or SAFe development teams.\nStrong best‑practice requirements writing skills.\nPay and Benefits Base pay ranges by location: Colorado – $102,000.00 – $136,000.00 – $149,600.00 annually; Washington, DC metropolitan area – $113,000.00 – $150,000.00 – $165,000.00 annually.
