This position requires a variety of tasks related to the pipeline or utility right-of way maintenance in adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.\n\nEssential Qualifications, Duties, and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)\nResponsible in handling one call system for client.\nAbility to complete internal crossing documents for the client.\nAbility to temporary mark assets for client in compliance with state law.\nAbility to conduct inspection and provide oversite for third party excavation activities including pipeline exposure, open cut crossings, road crossings, ditch cleaning, and excavations within close proximity to client?s assets.\nAbility to perform ROW maintenance including the ability to permanently mark pipeline assets.\nAbility to respond to and investigate aerial patrol process.\nResponsible for communications to landowners and provides required reports daily.\nMust have a valid driver?s license and meet company MVR specifications.\n\nWork Environment:\nWhile performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet or humid conditions; work near moving mechanical parts; work in high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles and outdoor weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to extreme cold; extreme heat; risk of radiation and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.\n\nPhysical Demands:\nThe employee must regularly lift up to 50 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and Ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.\n\nROW Technicians must be willing to comply with PCM Health, Safety, and Environmental rules and regulations.
