ATS high value services also help proactively avoid future problems by specifying equipment, materials and methods that are best practices in the industry.Position SummaryLeads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a cross-functional substation asset failure analysis & reliability program. Ensures effective program execution through strong governance, data visibility, performance monitoring, and stakeholder alignment. Drives standardization of processes, establishes clear roles and accountability, and integrates workflows with enterprise data systems to enable consistent, scalable, and data-driven decision-making.This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned location based on business need. Regular presence is required in San Ramon, at least once every 2 weeks.PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity.
