Department: Custom Product Manufacturing
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Reports To: Sr. Manufacturing Operations Manager
Pay Range: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour (DOE)
The Role:
As an Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for various inventory control operations including cycle counts, monitoring inventory levels, researching discrepancies, and analyzing data to project future orders and necessary inventory levels. Additionally, the Inventory Specialist will perform domestic and international shipping and receiving functions including packing customer sales orders to ensure they reach their final destination on time and undamaged.
This role is for someone with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail and quality, who can maintain a positive work attitude to develop strong relationships with co-workers and other departments. The Inventory Specialist will work with a sense of urgency to complete tasks safely, effectively, and efficiently.
The Responsibilities:
Manage stockroom
Maintain inventory
Kit material for internal and external jobs
Participate in yearly inventory
Ship and receive internal and customer orders
The Right Person Will Have:
Knowledge and experience with MRP/ERP systems
Knowledge and experience with QuickBooks Online
Inventory control experience
Domestic and international shipping experience
Ability to work from procedural documents and/or verbal instructions
Experience in handling electronic material preferred
Proven ability to use basic mathematical skills
