The Project Coordinator will work with division management and field leadership to serve as a general team member for project support and ensure that projects are being completed safely, accurately, and in a timely manner. In this role, it will be essential to learn how the business runs, how changing circumstances are handled, and who to contact when there are questions. Critical for success are excellent oral and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in teams.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\nRoles and Responsibilities:\n1. Project Coordination and Management\nWork closely with division, field, and project management for successful project delivery.\nPlan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.\nCoordinate, schedule, and manage subcontractors, vendors, and material suppliers.\nConfer with supervisory personnel, owners, subcontractors, and engineers to resolve work procedures, complaints, or construction constraints.\nExecute corrective actions for delays, bad weather, or emergencies.\nUpdate project management on progress and field personnel changes.\n2. Scheduling and Budgeting\nSchedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.\nAssist with the preparation of budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.\nAssist with project cost controls to stay within forecasted budget range.\n3. Documentation and Communication\nSupport daily, weekly, and monthly meetings, including communication, documentation of minutes, and tracking of action items.\nSetup, organize, update, and maintain electronic and printed files of project documents using systems like Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and SharePoint.\nHelp develop, submit, track, and maintain all project submittals and support documentation.\nAudit timesheets for accuracy and submit to payroll for processing.\n4. Progress Tracking and Reporting\nTrack work completion and provide progress reporting.\nConduct project closeout activities and assist with all contractual closeout activities, such as lessons learned, as-built review, and punch list items.\n5.
