The main duties revolve around placing incoming orders on shelves and picking merchandise. In this role you will monitor inventory and communicate any shortages. You should have good attention to detail to maintain accurate records. Some physical strength is required since you may often need to lift packages by hand.\n\nPerforms all daily receiving and stockroom activities per policy and procedure in a timely and accurate manner.\nReceives and counts incoming materials to verify against packing slips and respective purchase orders.\nRoutes and delivers parts and office supplies to appropriate departments.\nMay operate forklift.\nConducts cycle counting on inventory and assists in recounts.\nPicks, updates computer, and inspects work orders for production floor.\nFills, verifies and delivers material for manufacturing pulls and packers.\nMaintain organized and neat area appearance.\nInforms supervisor or lead of problems as they arise.\nMaintains logs and other clerical records deemed necessary by their Supervisor.\nIdentification, marking, stocking and updating system locations of all inventory items.\nRequirements:\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); and minimum two year's related work experience\nAbility to lift up to 25 lbs.\n\nAbout Core Systems\n\nCore Systems is a global leader in rugged embedded systems for military and industrial needs based out of California.
