This individual serves as the primary interface with Government leadership, oversees program personnel, ensures contractual compliance, manages risks, and drives continuous performance improvements while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.\r\nThe successful candidate will possess deep knowledge of DIA operations, Intelligence Community mission requirements, and federal program management best practices.\r\nEssential Job Functions\r\nProgram Leadership\r\nProvide overall leadership and direction for a complex intelligence support program.\r\nServe as the primary point of contact between us and Government leadership.\r\nLead program execution to ensure contractual, technical, cost, schedule, and quality objectives are consistently achieved.\r\nDevelop and implement program strategies that support customer mission requirements.\r\nProvide executive-level briefings, status reports, and recommendations to senior Government and company leadership.\r\nContract & Financial Management\r\nManage program budgets, staffing plans, subcontractors, and financial performance.\r\nMonitor contract performance and ensure compliance with all contractual requirements.\r\nIdentify and mitigate program risks while implementing corrective actions when necessary.\r\nEnsure timely delivery of all contract deliverables.\r\nPersonnel Leadership\r\nRecruit, mentor, and manage high-performing program staff.\r\nFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and mission excellence.\r\nConduct performance evaluations and provide leadership development opportunities.\r\nEnsure personnel maintain required certifications, training, and security clearances.\r\nCustomer Engagement\r\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with DIA, Intelligence Community, and Department of Defense stakeholders.\r\nAnticipate customer needs and proactively identify opportunities to improve mission support.\r\nRepresent the company during customer meetings, program reviews, and executive briefings.\r\nOperational Excellence\r\nEstablish and monitor program performance metrics.\r\nEnsure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and security requirements.\r\nDrive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.\r\nSupport business development efforts by identifying growth opportunities within existing programs.\r\nRequired Skills\r\nDue to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.\r\nMinimum 16 years of management experience, including applicable military leadership experience.\r\nDemonstrated experience serving as a Program Manager on a large, complex government or intelligence program.\r\nAdvanced knowledge of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC).\r\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).\r\nProven ability to manage program budgets, schedules, staffing, and contractual performance.\r\nExceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.\r\nExperience briefing senior military, government, and executive leadership.\r\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.\r\nDemonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn and utilize new technologies, systems, and software applications.\r\nDesired Skills\r\nActive Top Secret (TS) security clearance required;
