We’re looking for a high-energy team player to join our Greer, SC Insulation team and help improve processes, enhance product quality, and drive continuous improvement across our plant.\nThis role offers the opportunity to work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and safety teams to make a real impact on plant performance.\nManage/Supervise Quality Control Technicians and Chemical Mixers.\nOversee all laboratory operations and testing activities. Implement and maintain raw material and finished product specifications. Review, analyze, and interpret all sampling, testing, and physical property data.\nDevelop, implement, and maintain operating methods and procedures to eliminate operating issues and improve product quality and production efficiency. Coordinate and lead plant production trials, including control of process parameters and comprehensive data collection\nResearch and implement process improvements through enhanced training, equipment modifications, and improved raw material utilization\nReview and analyze production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to identify root causes of nonconformities and operational issues\nAdjust product formulations to optimize production performance and ensure conformance to specification\nOversee all laboratory operations and testing activities. Implement and maintain raw material and finished product specifications. Review, analyze, and interpret all sampling, testing, and physical property data\nCoordinate and correspond with regulatory and code compliance bodies, including preparation for and participation in inspection. Report all quality control activities, issues, and performance metrics to the Corporate Technical Manager\nOversee all laboratory operations and testing activities. Implement and maintain raw material and finished product specifications.
