Please reach out if you need support.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with the AGT Director of Training on strategic initiativesLead onboarding and training both in-person and digitally for new hires with enthusiasm and expertiseDevelop and execute action plans to uphold service excellenceConduct ride-a-long's, provide feedback, and support performance developmentAnalyze weekly sales metrics and guide follow-up strategiesFacilitate 30-60-90 day trench training focused on sales psychology and processApprove new hires for floor release after testing and final ride evaluationsOffer personalized coaching to deepen understanding of the sales journeyKeep teams informed on inventory updates and program enhancementsDeliver ongoing training at key milestones: weekly, monthly, and annuallyChampion employee retention through career pathing and workplace engagementPromote ethical practices aligned with HGV's core valuesImplement tools to reduce cancellations and boost successFoster a vibrant, passionate, and fun work environmentRequired Qualifications:5+ years of branded sales ownership experience3+ years in a sales training roleProven ability to train and mentor new hiresFlexible schedule and professional demeanorDeep understanding of HGV departments and customer supportProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, Zoom, and PowerPointPreferred:* Bachelor's Degree
