We take pride in being a true Made in America brand, dedicated to quality, innovation, and the success of our partners and employees alike.\r\nJob Summary\r\nParamont Manufacturing is seeking a motivated Engineering Program Manager to support and lead product development programs from concept through production for Reaction Injection Molded (RIM) components serving the heavy truck and construction equipment industries.\r\nThis position is ideal for a newer to mid-level engineer with strong technical fundamentals and solid CAD experience who is ready to grow into a broader program leadership role. The Engineering Program Manager will work closely with the Engineering Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet all customer requirements.\r\nPosition Responsibilities Include\r\nProgram Coordination & Support\r\nAssist in managing programs from RFQ through production launch\r\nDevelop and maintain project timelines; track key milestones\r\nCoordinate cross-functional activities between engineering, tooling, manufacturing, quality, and purchasing\r\nSupport customer communication, including technical updates and design reviews\r\nIdentify project risks and elevate concerns as needed\r\nEngineering & Product Development\r\nCreate, modify, and review 3D CAD models and engineering drawings\r\nUtilize Siemens NX (preferred) or other CAD platforms such as SolidWorks, Creo, or CATIA\r\nSupport Design for Manufacturability (DFM) for RIM and thermoset molding processes\r\nParticipate in prototype builds, tooling reviews, and validation activities\r\nEnsure drawings meet GD&T standards and customer specifications\r\nProduction Launch Support\r\nAssist with APQP and PPAP documentation and processes\r\nSupport plant operations during new program ramp-up\r\nHelp drive resolution of launch-related technical issues\r\nRequirements\r\nEducation & Experience\r\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field\r\n2–6 years of experience in product development, plastics, composites, or manufacturing environments preferred\r\nExperience in automotive, heavy truck, agricultural, or construction industries is a plus\r\nSkills & Abilities\r\nProficiency in 3D CAD software (NX preferred; SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, or similar acceptable)\r\nWorking knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawings\r\nBasic understanding of structured product development processes (APQP, FMEA, PPAP preferred but not required)\r\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills\r\nCompensation & Benefits\r\nSalary Pay: $65,000-80,000 per year (based on experience)\r\nHealth Insurance: Employer-paid premiums\r\nDental Insurance: Employer-paid premiums\r\n401(k): 3% employer contribution\r\nLife Insurance: $25,000 employer-provided policy\r\nBonuses: Biannual discretionary bonuses\r\nPaid Time Off (PTO): plus 8 paid company holidays\r\nFlex Time: Earning available for exempt employees\r\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\r\nRelocation Assistance may be available\r\nWhen you join Paramont Manufacturing LLC, you become part of its commitment to excellence, safety and the cohesive atmosphere that makes up our employee family.
