The ideal candidate has extensive experience executing defense-related contracts funded through U.S. Government security assistance programs, especially FMF. This role requires strong leadership, contract oversight, budget tracking, and stakeholder coordination in compliance with DoD and State Department regulations.\nOn-site work is mandatory for this position - Candidates that reside in these areas will be considered Orlando, FL and Cambridge, MA\nSupport the Project Manager by accurately tracking and reporting all project financial transactions.\nServe as primary point of contact on financial matters with U.S. Government agencies (e.g., DSCA, DCSA and DFAS, State Department) and foreign military customers.\nEnsure compliance with FMF policies, ITAR regulations, and applicable acquisition procedures.\nDevelop, track, and report on project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.\nCoordinate internally across engineering, contracts, finance, logistics, and legal teams.\nPrepare and submit program documentation such as Financial Status Reports and Letters of Credit.\nConduct financial risk assessment, cash flow analysis and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.\nMonitor performance metrics and ensure adherence to contractual obligations and funding limits.\nSupport audits, reviews, and data calls from U.S. Government and foreign customer stakeholders.\nSupport proposal development for new opportunities and task orders.\nRequired:\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or a related field.\n5+ years of experience managing financial operations in contracts involving Foreign Military Financing.\nProficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Earned Value Management).\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to obtain and maintain a [Secret] security clearance.\nPreferred:\nExperience working with foreign partners, embassies, or defense attachés.\nFamiliarity with DSAMS, SCIP, or other security cooperation systems.\nMAK Technologies offers excellent benefits, including a casual work environment, company-paid medical / dental / life / disability insurance, excellent 401(k) match, and generous paid time off.
