This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families by delivering high-quality ABA therapy and clinical oversight. If you're driven by purpose and committed to excellence in behavioral health, we want to hear from you!\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nConduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including FBAs and skills assessments, for clients\n\nDevelop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)\n\nProvide direct supervision and ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BT staff\n\nTrack client progress through data analysis and adjust treatment goals as needed\n\nCollaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care\n\nConduct parent training sessions to support generalization of skills across home and community settings\n\nMaintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethics and funding source requirements\n\nRequirements:\n\nCurrent BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB\n\nMaster's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field\n\nExperience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities\n\nProficiency in conducting VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, or similar assessments\n\nStrong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills\n\nExperience with insurance-funded ABA services preferred\n\nValid California driver's license and reliable transportation\n\nAbout Us:\nLittle Scholars Services is a dedicated ABA therapy provider serving children and families in the Tustin, CA area with a commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care.
