Must complete 16 hours of instruction in Safety, Customer Service, and Sanitation by the end of the first calendar year of employment. (TASN Level I Certification). Must be able to read, write and understand verbal instruction in English and perform math functions of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Special Knowledge/Skills: Ability to follow recipes and prepare high quality food. Working knowledge of kitchen equipment. Ability to operate large, small kitchen equipment and kitchen tools Ability to work with other personnel and follow instructions of supervisors.
