Engineers will support their sub-assembly design through manufacturing, initial testing, integration onto the physical aircraft and work among peers in a team environment, all within Poway.\n\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nResponsible for the electrical Integration of avionics module and payloads into unmanned air vehicle systems.\nDesigning of cables and wire harnesses that interconnect electronic equipment within the vehicle.\nResponsible for generating system cable interconnect diagrams, point-to-point cable wiring schematics, cable lengths, routing details, and cable BOM.\nResponsible for integration tests to verify functional operation.\nResponsible for generating test fixtures and test procedures for system level test.\nApplies basic technical knowledge to analyze, investigate and resolve assigned routine engineering problems.\nFamiliar with applicable airworthiness and military standards.\nDevelops appropriate documentation of findings and implemented solutions, and communicates results to project engineering staff.\nResponsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.\nExpected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.\n\nWe recognize and appreciate the value and contributions of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences and welcome all qualified individuals to apply.\n\nJob Qualifications\n\nTypically requires a bachelors degree in engineering or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution.
