Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). Knowledge of Customer Orchestration concepts and implementations. Experience with audience management, segmentation, offer decisioning, and data integrations (APIs, JSON, JavaScript). Strong understanding of customer data models, event-driven architectures, and Agile methodologies.
