Job FamilySAAS/PAAS/Cloud ConsultingTravel RequiredUp to 25%Clearance RequiredNoneWhat You Will DoGather technical requirements and propose solutions based on client’s architectural and business needsContribute to Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deployContribute to data-centric discussions with the client through discovery meetings.Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, system diagrams, and prototypesDevelop integrations and customizations to Dynamics CRMDesign and support the system architecture process to create, define specifications for, and implement customizations for any custom code or data migration requirementsConduct tailored demonstrations of the technology solutionRefine project specifications and develop technical solution designs and implementation plans for the Dynamics 365 solutionEnhance efficiency of development, testing and release process; develop tools and frameworks to ensure robust and high-quality delivery of Dynamics 365 ImplementationsDocument technical risks and issues, and actively work to avoid, mitigate, resolve risks and technical debtTravel to multiple customer locations for demos and meetings when requiredWhat You Will NeedUS Citizenship is required for this roleMinimum degree: Bachelor's DegreeMinimum of Eight (8) years of professional experienceMinimum of Five (5) years of experience implementing and managing CRM solutions at an enterprise level (Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365)Selected candidate must be able to work in a hybrid environmentEvaluate, design, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions, often working on-site to help customers deploy their solutionsExperience translating technical information in to easy-to-understand business conceptsExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsGreat interpersonal skills and can be collaborativeExperience developing & deploying business applications using Microsoft’s Dynamics Power PlatformCore Skills to include C#, SQL, .Net, D365, CRM SDK, CRM Plugins, PowerApps, Power BI, & Power Automate (formally known as Flow)Must have experience with full life-cycle implementation of Dynamics 365What Would Be Nice To HaveExperience in “Big 4” or equivalent established consulting firm and/or Microsoft Gold partner highly desiredBA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science or EngineeringExperience with public sector clients preferredExperience with Agile or Hybrid-Agile methodologyThe annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00.
