This role focuses on developing highly concurrent, memory-safe applications using Rust while integrating with modern cloud environments, container orchestration platforms, and event-driven architectures. You will work closely with platform engineers, distributed systems architects, DevOps teams, and product engineering groups to build scalable APIs, asynchronous processing pipelines, networking services, and infrastructure automation tools. The ideal candidate has strong systems programming expertise, deep knowledge of concurrent application development, and experience building production software where performance, reliability, and security are critical.\r\nKey Responsibilities Design and develop high-performance backend services using Rust for large-scale distributed systems.\r\nBuild low-latency APIs, asynchronous processing authentication services supporting OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect, and mTLS.\r\nBuild observability capabilities including structured logging, distributed tracing, and performance monitoring.\r\nParticipate in architecture reviews, code reviews, system design discussions, and production support.\r\nCollaborate with DevOps engineers to automate deployments using CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.\r\nInvestigate complex production issues involving networking, concurrency, memory utilization, and distributed systems.\r\nRequired Skills Six or more years of professional software engineering experience building enterprise applications.\r\nThree or more years of hands-on Rust development experience in production environments.\r\nStrong proficiency in Rust programming language, ownership model, borrowing, lifetimes, traits, generics, and macros.\r\nExtensive experience with asynchronous Rust development using Tokio, async/await, Futures, and Actix or
