This position is responsible for patrolling three assigned buildings and surrounding property to ensure the safety and security of the premises. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a clean driving record.Key Responsibilities\r\nPerform scheduled patrols of three buildings and surrounding areas, including alleyways.\r\nEnsure all gates are properly closed and secured with padlocks.\r\nMonitor for suspicious activity and report incidents promptly.\r\nProvide visible security presence to deter unauthorized activity.\r\nComplete accurate daily activity and incident reports.\r\nCommunicate with dispatch and supervisors regarding site conditions and security concerns.\r\nOther duties may be assigned as needed.
