The ideal candidate will be a self-started, motivated and demonstrate he/she can work under minimal supervision. The candidate must have prior experience in the field and have the ability to work with diverse personalities. Other qualities include strong communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines, be detailed oriented and hands on. Must be willing to take on various duties within the QA Department.\nRequirements:\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES:\n\nAssignments relating to product discrepancies and product quality.\nWork closely with engineers and manufacturing for problem resolution and provide quality recommendations.\nInspect and evaluate customer returned product for defects and reporting.\nCompile quality reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, in process rejections and warranty returns.\nEvaluate and monitor the manufacturing, assembly and testing processes.\nCompile rework and non-conforming trend analysis.\nReview records for completeness including work orders, dimensional check sheets and test data sheets.
