Production Assemby Technician

Overview Ōnin Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Assembly Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in Louisville, MS. You will be responsible for building complex wire harnesses and electrical assemblies that support the automotive, defense, and industrial industries. Primary ResponsibilitiesAssemble wire harnesses, cables, and electrical sub-assemblies according to engineered prints and customer specificationsUse manual and automated tools to cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wiresApply protective looming, taping, and labeling to completed harnessesPerform visual inspections and continuity testing to support a zero-defect quality standard Skills and ExperienceStrong attention to detail and ability to follow complex diagrams and printsComfortable using hand tools, wire cutters, and crimping equipmentReliable attendance and strong work ethicPrevious experience in electrical assembly, manufacturing, or automotive repair is preferred, but not required - training is available for the right candidate Join a company that values hard work, reliability, and employee growth, with opportunities to advance as the team continues to grow.
