In this entry-level role, you'll be the first point of contact for employees experiencing technical issues, helping them resolve problems quickly and professionally. This is a great opportunity to build your IT career in a hands-on, collaborative environment.Job Location: This is a hybrid position. You will work a combination of on-site days at our Morrisville, NC office and remote days, with scheduling coordinated with your manager.
