Maintenance Support Technician (Evening Shift)

Job Description Location:Condominium Community Schedule:Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-orientedMaintenance Support Technicianto assist with the upkeep and general maintenance of a residential condominium community during evening hours. This role is important in ensuring the property remains clean, safe, and well-maintained for residents and guests. Responsibilities: Perform routine inspections of common areas and building facilities Handle basic maintenance and repair tasks (light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.) Respond to maintenance requests from management and residents during shift hours Ensure hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and exterior areas are clean and presentable Assist with trash removal and overall cleanliness of the property Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly to management Support preventative maintenance tasks as assigned Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition Provide courteous and professional interaction with residents at all times Requirements: Clean background required Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred Great attitude and strong work ethic Attentive, responsible, and detail-oriented Comfortable working around and assisting residents in a professional manner Ability to work independently during evening hours Basic knowledge of general repairs and building maintenance Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks as needed Reliable and punctual Work Environment: Residential condominium setting with direct interaction with residents.
