Delivery Manager | Offshore | India

We are looking for a results-driven IT Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions across multiple projects and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, stakeholder coordination, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies, ensuring high-quality delivery within timelines and budget. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects across multiple teams and geographies Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define project scope, timelines, and success metrics Ensure adherence to SLAs, budgets, and quality standards Identify and mitigate delivery risks and dependencies Lead and mentor project teams to ensure high performance and continuous improvement Track progress through regular reporting and communication with leadership Required Skills: Proven experience in IT project/delivery management Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.) Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery models Preferred Qualifications: PMP / Prince2 / Scrum Master certification Experience managing enterprise-level or client-facing delivery projects Background in application development or infrastructure projects
