This role supports compliance with regulatory and company standards, provides technical expertise, and maintains accurate documentation for traceability.\nEssential Duties:\nConducts testing (as assigned) including: chemical, physical, and microbiological testing on raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and environmental swabs.\nParticipate in Proficiency testing for food safety critical tests in conjunction with 3rd party qualified laboratories.\nDocument and report all test results accurately; maintain traceability for GMP and GLP compliance.\nOperate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment; ensure proper quality control.\nManage instrument installations and qualifications per internal site procedures; document and requalify instrumentation as necessary.\nSupport allergen, gluten, and special testing programs.\nInspect and approve incoming raw materials and labels for compliance with specifications.
