This position, and the candidate will be expected to provide team and technical leadership, communications, and coordination.ResponsibilitiesPerform complex analysis, design, development, testing, and debugging of computer software.Maintain responsibility for activities that range from software design, coding, unit testing, and orchestration.Participate as an active member of the scrum team, providing input to team velocity and sprint ceremonies, planning, demonstrations and retrospectivesRequired Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in information technology, Information Systems, or other related discipline ( 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education)5 years of experienceExperience in development of secure web applications using .Net 4.x FrameworkExperience in C#, Webforms, MVC, Web API, ADO.Net, Entity FrameworkExperience with web-service development, in SOAP/XML, REST, JSON, WSD, jQuery, Bootstrap, Ajax, CSSStrong knowledge of Object-Oriented concepts, principals, and patternsExperience with Agile/Scrum MethodologyMust be able to acquire a Public Trust security clearanceApplicant must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipDesired Skills and QualificationsFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure, DEVOP/CICD Pipeline, OWASP vulnerabilitiesExperience with GITHUB or GITExperience in creating and maintaining SQL tables, views, stored procedures, functions and triggersExperience with SSDT, MS SSRSExperience in .NET Core FrameworkExperience in SAFe AgileThe salary compensation range for this position is 65,000-80,000. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.In addition, U.S Citizenship is required. Select applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and be able to obtain a government-granted security clearance.
