We look forward to meeting you!\nWe are looking for someone who demonstrates:\nIntense collaboration\nPassionate customer focus\nThoughtful, fast, disciplined execution\nTenacious commitment to continuous improvement\nRelentless drive to win\nHere is a glimpse of what you’ll do:\nPerform FAI (new part first article), 1st piece, in-process and final inspections to ensure production parts meet print.\nCreate, modify and run CMM programs (Zeiss Calypso).\nCreate inspection plans.\nUse hand gages and equipment, CMM, and Vision System to perform inspection requirements.\nEnter, evaluate and address NCRs (Nonconforming Reports)\nWork on Process Improvement Projects\nInteract with Engineering, Production, and Customers to resolve technical issues.\nIdentify and measure critical features from customer supplied drawings and models. Update incoming and final part inspection reports.\nAudit incoming parts at receipt to ensure all parts conform to print.\nVerify supplier inspection data and certificate of conformances are adequate.\nFollow Company required documentation and AS9100D quality system requirements.\nMaintain part files and documentation.\nHere is some of what you’ll need (required):\nBlueprint reading and interpretation skills. Able to apply GDT.\nPrevious experience and strong capability using all types of measuring equipment.\nMust have strong written and oral communication skills suitable for customer interaction.\nStrong Organizational skills.\nExperience in the use and calibration of inspection equipment.\nStrong PC skills in Microsoft based programs such as MS Word and MS Excel.\nHere are a few of our preferred experiences:\nAS Engineering or Technical Degree or 3 years hands on experience in Quality Control.\nCompensation based on experience.\nJob Category\nAurora Machine does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies or fee based recruitment services.
