Won't you join us?\n\nResponsibilities\n\nMaintain spreadsheet documenting daily employee earned safety points and redemption.\n\nPost relevant documentation weekly in break room.\n\nAnswer employee queries in regard to point spreadsheet\n\nMaintain spreadsheet documenting employees' weekly safety training -- all departments\n\nSend out email notification last week of the month to plant manager on departments not meeting requirements or not completing training\n\nMaintain spreadsheet documenting Near Miss/Hazard reports and their resolutions.\n\nFollow up on open NM/HC with responsible party\n\nCreate weekly and monthly reports.\n\nPrepare certified mail weekly and monthly.\n\nCreate and maintain filing systems for all EHS training records\n\nRecreate and reformat Word documents and Power Point presentations.\n\nMaintain and post MSDS records.
