{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"426f5b31ad1c614b86d4e71e","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/426f5b31ad1c614b86d4e71e","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/426f5b31ad1c614b86d4e71e","title":"Recruiter","description":"Essential Functions Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience.\r\nScreen applications and select qualified candidates.\r\nCoordinate, schedule, and conduct interviews with candidates.\r\nCollaborate with Talent Placement Team and Onboarding Team to identify hiring criteria and proactively and timely hire to fill in current and future positions.\r\nPost job descriptions on job boards and other relevant platforms.\r\nIdentify and recommend pay rates based on pay scale and experience, start dates, availability, and other pertinent details.\r\nSend offer letters and inform management of new hires.\r\nPrepare weekly recruiting reports.\r\nMaintain communication with employees to ensure new employees are supported and properly welcomed to the team.\r\nUpdating all forms of communication regarding a new hire through the ATS and other tracking sources.\r\nDevelop and maintain relationships with new employees to identify opportunities, answer questions, ensure a smooth new hire transition, and help our distributed workforce remain connected.\r\nAttend job fairs and other events to promote Behavioral Framework to new graduates and others seeking a career in the field.\r\nOther duties as assigned.\r\nKnowledge, Skills, Experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\r\nOutstanding organizational and leadership skills.\r\nExcellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.\r\nAbility to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.\r\nProactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.\r\nExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.\r\nFamiliarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to staffing, hiring and recruitment.\r\nProficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.\r\nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.\r\nMaintain confidentiality; adhere to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.\r\nKnowledge of the behavioral health industry and terms is a plus.\r\nEducation and Experience 1 year experience as a Recruiter or any HR position preferred.\r\nBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.\r\nWork Environment, Physical Conditions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\r\nAbility to work 40 hours per week.\r\nAbility to work cooperatively with others.\r\nMust comply with practice policies and procedures.\r\nRequires daily in-office work.
