The future is open for exploration—let's discover it together.\r\nEssential Responsibilities\r\nDelivers complete solutions spanning all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) (design, implementation, testing, delivery and operations), based on definitions from more senior roles.\r\nAdvises immediate management on project-level issues\r\nGuides junior engineers\r\nOpens with little day-to-day supervision, making technical decisions based on knowledge of internal conventions and industry best practices\r\nApplies knowledge of technical best practices in making decisions\r\nMinimum Qualifications\r\n3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.\r\nAdditional Responsibilities And Preferred Qualifications\r\nProven track record building and scaling consumer-facing mobile applications, with deep Kotlin expertise and solid understanding of concurrency and asynchronous programming\r\nProficient in modern declarative UI development as well as traditional View-based approaches\r\nExperienced in designing and working within large, multi-module codebases using clean architecture and established design patterns\r\nStrong grasp of API integration, including both GraphQL and RESTful services\r\nSkilled in dependency injection and familiar with service layer design, navigation architecture, and third-party SDK integration\r\nSolid foundation in testing methodologies — comfortable writing unit and automation tests using standard mobile testing frameworks\r\nFamiliar with build systems, CI/CD workflows, code quality enforcement, and strategies for improving build performance\r\nCommitted to mentorship and team growth, with experience leading code reviews and contributing to complex, evolving codebases\r\nEffective communicator who can translate technical concepts for diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical\r\nHands-on experience with performance tuning, app monitoring, and debugging to maintain reliability and responsiveness at scale\r\nCompensation\r\nThe base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring. The expected range of pay for this role by location is: San Jose, California: $143,500.00 - $212,850.00 Annually; Austin, Texas: $130,500.00 - $193,600.00 Annually.
