The salary range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 hourly depending on experience PurposeInspect and document machines returned from the field for warranty evaluation and credit. Process dealer and customer warranty reimbursement claims. Respond to dealer and customer warranty inquiries via phone and email.This is how you WOW:Enter or update the credit order for the returned machines and accessories in the SAP system to generate the credit back to the dealer or customerResearch and confirm the dealer's repair claim met the requirements for warranty coverage based on both the warranty time period and the repair was due to a defect or workmanshipConfirm the labor and travel reimbursement is within the warranty time guidelinesGenerate a warranty claim credit into the SAP system for each approved claim to include machine and part failure data, updating the historical repair of the machine and ensuring the credit order matches the approved claimReceives and responds to calls and emails regarding warranty questions from dealers and customers.Uses Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel for communications and data updatesIt would be WOW if you would bring this in:Bachelors or Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Understands and uses Microsoft Office software, i.e., Outlook, Word, and Excel.SAP and data entry experience required.
