Analytica offers competitive compensation with opportunities for bonuses, employer paid health care, training and development funds, and 401k match.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise web applications using modern software development frameworks and best practices.\nDevelop APIs, microservices, web services, and integrations with internal and external systems.\nSupport modernization of legacy applications and migration to cloud-native or hybrid architectures.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions, estimate effort, and deliver high-quality releases.\nImplement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and secure coding standards.\nEnsure applications meet federal security, accessibility, performance, and compliance requirements, including Section 508 standards.\nTroubleshoot and resolve software defects, integration issues, system errors, and performance bottlenecks.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, system designs, implementation plans, release notes, and operational procedures.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, demonstrations, and continuous improvement activities.\nFor senior-level candidates, provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architecture and design decisions.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.\n5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer, or similar technical role.\nExperience developing web applications using front-end and back-end technologies.\nHands-on experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and web services using JSON, XML, or related technologies.\nExperience working in Agile software development environments.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated testing, and modern deployment practices.\nKnowledge of secure coding, data protection, application security, and production support practices.\nAbility to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a federal contracting environment.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain an MBI Public Trust clearance.\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience supporting federal government, healthcare, civilian, national security, or public-sector IT programs.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or similar environments.\nExperience with containerization, microservices, DevSecOps, and cloud-native application design.\nFamiliarity with databases, SQL, data integration, reporting systems, or analytics platforms.\nKnowledge of federal compliance frameworks, accessibility requirements, and system security controls.\nPrior experience modernizing legacy systems or supporting mission-critical applications in production environments.\nActive MBI Public Trust clearance or prior federal clearance experience.\nAnalytica LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
