Successful candidates should possess the following skills: Ability to read and interpret the project specifications and Architectural Drawings. Strong written communication skills. Maintain Customer and Internal Schedules. Maintain Submittal and Change Order Logs. Order materials and track vendor progress until correctly delivered to Shop or Jobsite. Understand and apply basic accounting practices. Four Year Degree in Business, Math, or Construction Engineering is preferred.
