We are a preferred partner due to our ethics, security intelligence, practical know-how, and management support through our global network of offices.\r\nWith our global presence and extensive experience, Control Risks maintains an expanding database of multinational risk management professionals to match skills and knowledge with client needs.\r\nWe are experiencing significant growth across our embedded programs and are seeking to build our database of consultants across the US.\r\nWe are seeking Resilience professionals of all levels to deliver high-quality resilience program development and training.\r\nIf you would like to be part of our talent pool, please submit your CV.\r\nPlease note that this is a speculative application to be part of the talent pool we draw upon when new roles become available, and it does not guarantee an interview.\r\nAreas of expertise we are looking to engage in include\r\nBusiness Continuity : Provide business continuity resources for our clients, including developing BC frameworks, conducting BC exercises, delivering training, and improving company business continuity programs.\r\nCrisis Management : Develop crisis response plans, and help implement new crisis management exercises and training.\r\nResilience Specialist : Improve clients' resilience programs to enhance their response capabilities.\r\nMinimum qualifications include\r\nA bachelor's degree.\r\nRelevant business continuity experience.\r\nIndustry certifications such as ABCP, CBCP, MBCP, ISO22301.\r\nAttention to detail and the ability to anticipate trends impacting the organization, environment, and people.\r\nUnderstanding of BCM governance frameworks, business continuity best practices, protocols, and operational risk management.\r\nStrong knowledge of operational risk, resilience, business process improvement, and control frameworks like COSO and ISO.\r\nAbility to work well under pressure during emergency responses.\r\nAdaptability to changing environments and unpredictable circumstances.\r\nStrong client focus and relationship-building skills.\r\nAdditional ad hoc requests as needed.\r\nBehavioral Skills include\r\nTeamwork and professionalism in collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.\r\nUnderstanding of client and business confidentiality.\r\nCultural awareness and ability to work with a global team.\r\nProactiveness and confidence in articulating ideas.\r\nResilience and perseverance in difficult situations.\r\nControl Risks is committed to diversity and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
