Petalpalooza ActivitiesVolunteers in this position will assist the Festival in engaging the public in a variety of entertaining ways! Petalpalooza is broken up into Zones, and we will need support at activities happening across all 5 Zones.Primary Responsibilities:Assist at any one of the following Activity Areas:Sponsored ActivitiesArts and CraftsInteractive Art and Photo ActivationsYard GamesFirework Viewing BarAnd Much More!Manage lines and crowd control as necessaryReport any issues to your Zone ManagerSecondary Responsibilities:Assist with the unpacking and setting of supplies at the beginning of your shift (1st shift)Assist with the packing and labeling of supplies at the end of your shift (2nd shift)Train the next shift of volunteers on activity procedures, best practices, and how to engage attendees (1st Shift)Prepare to be on your feet for the majority of your shiftEnjoy working with crafts, families, and answering any questions that guests may have!Date: Saturday, April 4, 2026Location: Navy YardOne shift options are available: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
