Our HEART values, hard work, energy, accountability, respect, and team, are at the forefront of everything we do for our fans, community, employees, and team.SummaryThe Manager of Game Presentation is responsible for supporting the videoboard production for the Buffalo Bills, and select special events at Highmark Stadium and the overall Bills campus. This position works in collaboration with the Director of Game Presentation to oversee and execute all pre-game, in-game and post-game content including music, videos, statistics, graphics, and live elements.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAct as director of in-game videoboard production for all home gamesCollaborate with the Corporate Partnerships department to ensure sponsor obligated content is fulfilledAssist in the loading and maintaining of graphics and videos in the Ross Xpression, Ross Tessera, and EVS systemsSupport gameday operations by assisting staff with content concerns and issue troubleshooting in the control roomCoordinate with the Highmark Stadium broadcast engineering team on requests and improvements to the game and event workflowsParticipate in the ideation and organization of the game production and entertainment initiativesEnhance gameday traditions, atmosphere, and fan engagement with other internal stakeholdersStay current and follow all NFL guidelines pertaining to the in bowl presentationSupport and/or produce select events and broadcasts as assignedQualificationsMinimum 4 years at the professional level in game presentationMinimum 2 years directing or technical directing sports broadcasts or stadium showsBachelor’s degree in related fieldStrong working knowledge of production equipment and control room environmentsPreferred QualificationsRoss Xpression, Ross Tessera strongly preferredFamiliarity with ShoFlo scripting softwareKnowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign)Prior experience in an NFL or premiere collegiate football environment preferredMust possess excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsFlexibility in working extended hours including nights, weekends, holidays and travel as requiredAbility to set-up and tear down equipment including lifting up to 50 lbs, reaching, bending, stooping, cabling, etc.Strong attention to detailStrong work ethic, team-oriented attitude, enthusiastic approach and results drivenAble to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentPhysical RequirementsMust have the ability to lift, push, pull approximately 25lbsAbility to stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours during a single shift, while navigating ramps, stairs and elevatorsMust be able to work in all seasons include extreme heat, cold, snow or rainBenefits & IncentivesMedical Plans: Comprehensive and affordable medical plan options; fully paid dental, short and long-term disability, and life insurance; supplemental vision care and critical illness coverage.Investments: 401(K) with employer matching; discretionary annual employer defined contributionPaid Time Off: Generous paid time off including vacation, sick, holidays, volunteer time, diversity awareness days, paid parental leaveBills Experience: deeply discounted employee season tickets and paid parking; discount on team store merchandiseWellness: onsite fitness facilities and employee cafeteriaBills Culture: we offer many social and community volunteer events as well as learning and development growth opportunitiesCompensationThe role has an anticipated annualized salary range is between $65,000 - $80,000 .
