You will work closely with all functions at Advisor360, from engineering, product, go-to-market, operations, finance, and more to ensure the team releases highly reliable and performant services across thousands of users.\r\nYour Impact Leading up to 12 engineers, enabling them to be high impact and catalyzing their growth\r\nLeveraging a deep understanding of both product and engineering to ensure the teams are building data pipelines that meet the security, reliability, and performance demands.\r\nBuilding data pipelines end to end, including tooling, monitoring and alerting, and orchestrating unified view of data sources\r\nPartner closely with financial data engineers, leadership, and go-to-market to build winning products that unlock new capabilities for our users\r\nWork closely a wide breadth of non-technical stakeholders to ensure the team is meeting business goals, aligning on scope and setting clear expectations on delivery timelines\r\nEnsuring continuity of work and focus in an ecosystem that evolves quickly and demands adaptability\r\nWork closely with engineers on team process, project management, and team health to ensure high productivity and morale\r\nHire great engineers that level up the team.\r\nRequirements Deep knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, DevOps) and experience leading technical implementations from architecture to production deployment.\r\nDelivered and supported mission-critical online services that are highly available and reliable\r\nServant leadership mindset and an ability to inspire and motivate others\r\nAbility to work on a globally-distributed team with a high degree of ownership\r\nExperience leading the delivery of multiple highly impactful products end to end, on time with a high quality bar\r\nExperience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders, successfully aligning and setting expectations on scope and delivery\r\nExperience navigating ambiguous and changing product requirements and successfully delivering a winning product\r\nProficiency in coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.\r\nExperience integrating AI-based automation for improving code quality, predictive analytics, and data-driven decision-making.\r\nFamiliarity with financial data sets and experience in working with or producing high-quality finance/fintech data from multiple sources\r\nKnowledge of complex financial products\r\nTechnical expertise in designing and scaling data infrastructure and distributed systems architecture\r\nStrong operational skills and the ability to balance speed and quality pragmatically\r\nExperience working with a team located across multiple time zones\r\nSkills Leadership\r\nOperations\r\nSoftware Engineering\r\nTech stack = Python, .Net, Snowflake, PySpark, Azure Databricks, Snowflake, REST microservices, and real-time event-driven architectures using Kafka, Orkes, and Databricks.\r\nWhy You'll Love Working With Us It\\'s not just about work—it\\'s about building a career and enjoying the ride!\r\nThe estimated base salary range for this position is $175,000-$205,000 + bonus & equity.\r\nAdvisor360 provides an estimate of the compensation for roles that may be hired as required by state regulations.
