Interceptor development efforts include, but are not limited to, development of future Weapon System capabilities, incremental product changes, hardware redesigns/changes due to obsolescence, increased performance capability, cost reduction initiatives, technology insertion, and changes in response to an expanded target space.This position requires development of professional relationships across multiple Missile Defense Agency (MDA) and Army customers, Lockheed Martin executive leadership, and multiple LM business areas. This role will oversee all phases of programs from inception through completion. They will acts as the primary working level customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with the customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. They will manage program adherence to master plans and schedules, identify program problems and obtain solutions, such as the allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
