This dynamic, fast-growth company is seeking a Systems and Data Support Analyst to join our team and grow with us. Job Title: Systems and Data Support Analyst Report to: Manager, Systems and Data Integrity Status: Full Time/Exempt Position Summary:The Systems and Data Support Analyst will support the Manager, Systems and Data Integrity, with administration and ongoing maintenance of the company's systems (including Salesforce and related office tools), coordination with third-party vendors, and protection of CRM data quality. The Analyst will process and maintain files, APIs, and data feeds from 401(k) recordkeepers and other partners; monitor transmission confirmations; research and resolve exceptions; and extract and analyze CRM data for reporting. Job Description:Promote and adhere to the company's core values: Accountability, Communication, Commitment, Service Excellence, Integrity, and Collaboration Interpret and validate data received from recordkeepers and partners (files, API payloads, and other feeds) to ensure timely and accurate updates to CRM within expected timeframes Analyze account structure, data points, and file/API specifications to develop and maintain mapping, transmissions, and confirmations of data elements via API Monitor API transmissions and integration logs; triage failures, document incidents, and escalate issues to the Manager, Systems and Data Integrity, and/or vendors as appropriate Monitor data loads for completeness and accuracy; investigate and resolve exceptions through root-cause analysis Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors/recordkeepers to research and resolve transmission errors and data issues Assist with administration of office/CRM systems, including Salesforce (user access requests, profiles/permission sets, basic configuration and development, reports/dashboards, and data loads) as assigned Provide backup support for administration of other office systems and user access as assigned (e.g., Vonage (NVM), Office 365, Zoom, Proofpoint, partner document sites) Support vendor management (including IT services and software vendors) by opening and tracking support tickets, coordinating testing and change implementation, and communicating status and outcomes Respond timely to known system events, service issues, and outages; coordinate with the Manager, Systems and Data Integrity, and vendors to reduce business disruptions Prepare ad hoc and scheduled reports; validate data prior to report distribution Assist with updating and maintaining system and integration documentation, SOPs, and templates; recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and data integrity Assist with applicable internal and external audits regarding systems and data integrity as assigned Meet deadlines by working efficiently without sacrificing quality Maintain and ensure confidentiality and security of plan and participant information Practice organization and time management skills, including prioritizing work and requesting additional work when appropriate Job Qualifications:Minimum 2 years in a data-driven or systems support position (CRM, systems administration, vendor coordination, or operations preferred) Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulas & functions) required Experience with Salesforce required (supporting reporting and/or administration preferred) Experience working with data file formats (CSV, fixed-width, etc.) and secure file transfer methods (SFTP/FTP) preferred Strong analytical skills required Proficiency with Word and Outlook required Ability to quickly learn new software, tools, and applications Ability to sort through data and independently investigate, troubleshoot, determine appropriate resolution for issues, and ultimately solve problems through root-cause analysis Proven experience producing results in a fast-paced environment Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with a strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and part of a team environment Must obtain Retirement Plan Fundamentals (RPF) certification within the first year of employment Flexibility to work hours needed to meet deadlines and business needs including after hours and weekends Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Must be at least 18 years of age Must be authorized to work in the US Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to produce grammatically correct written correspondence Must be able to pass a criminal background check Other Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
