Manager will handle all aspects of multiple rental properties including 50 tenants. Individual shall have great communication skills, customer service, experience in building maintenance, managing Leasing paperwork, marketing vacancies and processing prospective application. Additional responsibilities include general office administrative.This position will also be the Executive Assistant for one of our company officers. Individual shall have Excel hands-on experience, familiar with payables and budgeting, able to multi-task, good communication and organization is a must.
