{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"4222871f0d59b15d4c08096a","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/4222871f0d59b15d4c08096a","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/4222871f0d59b15d4c08096a","title":"Electrical Program Manager","description":"Electrical Program Manager Job Category: Project Management\r\nFull-Time\r\nColumbus, OH 43215, USA +3 more locations\r\nDescription Perform the activities required to identify, define, combine, unify, and coordinate the various processes and project management activities including but not limited to those outlined in the Campos Project Management Process\r\nExecute the duties needed to ensure that projects of all sizes include all the required scope, and only the required scope, to successfully complete a project per the contract\r\nPerform the work required to plan, execute, monitor and control the timely completion of any size project assigned scope of work per the agreed upon and contractual schedule\r\nUnderstand interdependencies for all tasks on a project\r\nPerform work necessary to estimate, budget, verify funding, manage monitor and control costs according to the approved budget on mid to large sized projects\r\nManage the work so that it aligns with quality policies, procedures, objectives, and standards to meet both Campos EPC and client expectations within contract terms\r\nAnalyze, estimate, recommend to the appropriate company leaders required resources and competencies with the project teams\r\nPerform and manage the work required to ensure timely and appropriate planning, collection, creation, distribution, storage, retrieval, management, control, monitoring, and the ultimate disposition of project information on mid to large size projects\r\nManage any and all changes to scope, schedule and cost, including Campos internal changes and client changes\r\nConduct risk management planning, identification, analysis, response planning, and controlling risk on mid to large size projects\r\nConduct the work necessary to find, estimate, purchase, or acquire products, services, or results needed from outside of the project team including writing and managing Requests For Proposal events on mid to large size projects\r\nPerform the work required to identify the people, groups, or organizations that could impact or be impacted by the project; to analyze stakeholders' expectations and their impact on the project; and to develop appropriate management strategies for effectively engaging stakeholders in project decisions and execution\r\nEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE\r\nBachelor's degree in project management, Engineering, Construction, Business, or related technical field preferred.\r\nThis position requires a minimum of 10 years' experience, 7+ in a Project Management position.\r\nExperience leading in a large team-oriented, collaborative environment.\r\nPMP Preferred or the ability to obtain PMP within 12 months of employment.\r\nExperience in engineering and design of high voltage (69-500kV) transmission lines using PLS-CADD.\r\nKnowledge of conducting analysis to ensure system reliability and efficiency\r\nSalary: $150K-$175K\r\nEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
